CEO executive assistant – Danville

MICROCOM is currently looking for an executive assistant to the CEO, at our Danville offices in the Eastern Township.

We have helped customers such as Metso, Skotidakis, Techo-Bloc and Bixi to improve their productivity, increase their revenues and diminish their fees by optimizing their use of technology. We offer to enterprises the possibility to delegate to us the management of their technology in part or in whole. For most of our customers we literally became their technology division

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Follow-ups of emails, agenda, timesheets, phone calls and other regular activities of the CEO
  • Writing and editing various documents: proposals, contracts, presentations, emails, marketing documents, corporate brochures, website content, social platforms, various correspondence, etc..
  • Collaborate in the management of human resources (recruitment, performance follow-ups, evaluations, …)
  • Data entry on various software
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing system
  • Other various administrative tasks for the CEO’s other enterprises

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education in Secretariat or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in similar position
  • Other equivalent background combination will be considered
  • Excellent French and English, oral and written

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent with Word, Excel, Outlook & Acrobat Pro
  • Rapid learner with new software
  • Document formatting expert
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Writing skills in French and English

  • Permanent job 3 to 5 days a week (at the candidate’s option)
